January's quiet days have been kind and yet in the past year I've grown enough to know to that this really means I am being kind to me -- fueling my soul with what it craves and needs to keep me charged.
These days this means music filling the air [Zee Avi is my go-to favorite at the moment], projects with vibrant colors, sitting in the light with a warm beverage, and 'easy' but meaningful reads.
The payoff has been nothing short of beautiful, with ideas and energy flowing into all the right things and places.
