Today I worked on a project that I have been thinking about for at least a year now. And I couldn’t have had more fun doing it. Two of my favorite things include pearls and lavender. It’s just about a guarantee that if one of these two things is around, I’m bound to be drawn to them.
Even before I started my blog, I’ve had these very images in floating around in my head. Today all the pieces came together. Don’t you just love it when that happens?!
An empty bird’s nest (found in the yard), a strand of pearls, some lavender and a couple of sprigs of rosemary thrown in, have proven to be the perfect recipe for a real live ‘lavender nest.’
